JOB SUMMARY
This position is responsible for overall warehouse daily operations, managing both of direct and indirect materials, local and overseas materials including JIT materials, semi-finished goods for receiving, storing, picking and delivering Drive warehouse operations smoothly with good 5S and safety Manage In-Out-Stock in system and physically with accuracy Drive continuous improvements on warehousing and materials logistics flow. Lead and participate in factory new initiatives, coordinate within warehouse and with cross functions, trainer for implementation
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage warehouse daily operations, including receiving, material storage, picking, delivering to production; finished goods picking, and loading based on shipment plan
- Ensure materials are stored in right conditions, materials are released to production and finished goods are shipped on time with FIFO
- Manage data accuracy in system on-time and physical goods, manage weekly/monthly or yearly cycle counts and stock take
- Maintain health & safety at workplace, receive and handle wastes following EHS’s requirements
- Lead and motivate team to achieve warehouse KPIs and continuous improvements
- Manage warehouse staffs including workloads, shift arrangement, overtime and career development.
- Develop and prepare plans and resources to support factory expansions
- Lead and participate in factory new initiatives, coordinate within warehouse and with cross functions, trainer for implementation.
REQUIREMENTS:
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or above is required
Experience
- 8 - 10 years and above work experiences
Knowledge
- AMR (autonomous Mobile Robot) is a plus
Functional Skills
- Good at English communications, both speaking and writing is a must
- Good at leadership with great team spirit, risk/problem preventative and people management - Proactive and effective communication with all levels
- Proficient in Microsoft Office such as Power Point, Word, Excel
- Familiar with WMS system. Knowledge in Oracle is preferable
Other Abilities
- Ability to communicate in Putonghua is an added advantage
