Job Responsibilities:
• Identify and engage new clients, understand project requirements, and propose solutions aligned with company capabilities.
• Lead negotiations, prepare tenders and contracts, and ensure timely closure of sales processes.
• Manage client accounts, follow up on project bids, and update the sales pipeline with weekly progress and lost quote reports.
• Collect and analyze customer feedback and competitor information to refine sales strategy and service delivery.
• Train, support, and guide the sales team to meet individual and team targets while strengthening client relationships.
Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in project-based sales, preferably in the construction or steel structure industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills with a business-driven mindset.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written) and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Self-motivated, dynamic, and willing to travel and work under pressure.
