ROLE OBJECTIVES:
As ESS Manager, you will be in charge of New Clients. You will improve ESS market position and achieve financial growth. You will be the person in charge of defining long-term ESS strategic goals, develops new industries/new clients, builds key customer relationships, identifies business opportunities, negotiates, and closes business deals. You work with the internal team (Business Development & Delivery), marketing team, and other BU to increase sales opportunities and thereby maximize revenue for ESS. To achieve this, you need to find potential new customers, present to them, ultimately convert them into clients, and continue to grow business in the future.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Finance
- Strategize with Head of Business Development and delivery team to accomplish business growth goals
2. Business Development
- Develop ESS brand in assigned industries in the market and global.
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Research market & economics trends to identify potential industries to build new clients.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company’s practice leaders/Principals.
- Negotiate fees and contract terms with clients
- Be responsible for solidifying Talentnet’s presence in the local & regional marketplace through consistent participation in networking organizations and events
3. Process/ Function
Executive Search
- Attend industry functions, such as association events and conferences, and provide feedback and information on market and creative trends.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior managerial level on business trends with a view to developing new services, products, and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- Using knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company’s unique selling propositions and differentiators.
Other team roles
- Be an involved and proactive member of the ESS management team, critically assessing management information and proposing creative/effective solutions for challenges the team faces or trying to avoid.
- Participate in cross departmental projects, when required
- Exchange timely and necessary information for the Delivery Team & Back office in daily activities to fulfill their tasks; ensuring good coordination with the Delivery Team in delivering the high and consistent quality to the candidates and clients.
- Proactively act as an advisor to the Delivery Team and Back Office in aligning certain standard requirements of the whole ESS department regarding the process & system, efficiency, reporting etc.
- Coordinate effectively with Hanoi.
JOB REQUIREMENT:

Graduated from University/College (preferably Human resources, Business Administration, Economics, Law) Special cases will be approved by the line manager.

3-5 years of working experience in sales/business development at managerial level across countries, regions

Experience working in executive search firms is desirable

Ambitious, energetic, independent, and able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment, travel frequency.
