Apply now1. Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, operate, and take responsibility for developing strategies, orientations, development plans, and operations of the Finance & Accounting Division; provide advisory support to the Board of General Directors/Board of Members.
- Develop short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial plans for the Group.
- Balance capital sources for the Group’s Subsidiaries to ensure efficient operations.
- Develop annual budgeting plans for Subsidiaries and monitor implementation.
- Structure investments within the system to ensure efficiency; advise the Board of Members on safe and effective investment portfolios.
- Develop solutions to optimize costs and manage financial performance in operations/investments.
- Develop staffing plans and organize implementation as approved; assign tasks to directly managed team members.
- Develop/update regulations, rules, processes, guidelines, and templates for the Finance & Accounting Division or for implementation across the Group/Subsidiaries.
- Prepare regular, periodic, or ad-hoc reports on the Division’s operations as requested by the Chairperson of the Board of Members/assigned General Director.
- Train, lead, and develop the team; evaluate capability and performance; propose appointments/dismissals of personnel.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Chairperson of the Board of Members/assigned General Director.
2. Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance.
- Experience: At least 5 years in an equivalent position within a multi-sector Group involving Real Estate/Construction/Energy/Industrial Manufacturing; preference for candidates with experience in medium to large-scale organizations.
- Strong knowledge of current financial and accounting regulations and the financial market.
- Proven leadership and management capability.
- Strong communication skills; responsible, dedicated, honest, meticulous, a strong team player, and able to inspire others.
- Basic English communication skills or above [mandatory].
