- Oversee all company operations in alignment with the strategic direction and directives of the Chairman/CEO.
- Standardize and improve the management system to increase productivity, reduce waste, and enhance quality.
- Ensure all construction projects are executed on schedule, with the required quality, safety, and efficiency.
- Build a strong, cohesive workforce operating consistently under standardized processes.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Operations & Organizational Management
- Directly manage the following departments: Engineering & Construction, Planning, QS, Procurement/Materials, Safety, and HR–Administration.
- Establish company-wide and site-level systems including processes, regulations, and KPIs.
- Organize and operate a lean structure with clear delegation and accountability.
B. Project & Site Management
- Control the schedule, quality, safety, and cost of all projects.
- Approve construction methods, master schedules, detailed schedules, and manpower/equipment allocation charts.
- Monitor materials usage, wastage, quantities, and prevent losses.
C. Financial Management & Performance
- Coordinate with the Accounting Department to monitor project cash flow and control budgets.
- Optimize operating costs and eliminate waste.
- Propose business plans, growth strategies, and expansion initiatives.
D. Human Resources & Corporate Culture
- Build transparent performance appraisal and reward–discipline mechanisms.
- Recruit, train, and develop the successor team.
- Foster a professional, disciplined, and proactive working culture.
E. Reporting
- Report directly to the Chairman/CEO.
- Propose solutions for arising issues and recommend system improvements.
