Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HR Director to lead the human resources strategy and drive people management initiatives across our organization. This role will oversee talent acquisition, employee development, compensation & benefits, labor relations, and compliance, ensuring a strong, engaged, and high-performing workforce.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • HR Strategy & Leadership – Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives to support company growth and operational efficiency.
  • Talent Acquisition & Retention – Lead recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent while developing a robust succession plan.
  • Employee Development & Performance Management – Implement training programs, career development plans, and performance evaluation systems.
  • Compensation & Benefits – Design competitive salary structures, incentives, and benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction and retention.
  • Labor Relations & Compliance – Ensure adherence to local labor laws, manage union relations (if applicable), and handle conflict resolution effectively.
  • Organizational Culture & Employee Engagement – Foster a positive workplace culture, drive employee engagement, and enhance internal communication.
  • HR Operations & Policies – Oversee HR administration, including payroll, policies, and HRIS systems to ensure efficiency and compliance.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration – Partner with senior leadership and department heads to align HR initiatives with overall business goals.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Education – Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience – Minimum 10+ years in HR leadership roles, preferably in manufacturing, FMCG, or multinational companies.
  • Expertise – Strong knowledge of labor laws, talent management, and HR best practices.
  • Leadership & Communication – Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Problem-Solving & Change Management – Ability to drive organizational change and lead HR transformation initiatives.
  • Language Proficiency – Business-level fluency in English (other regional languages are a plus).
