The HRBP Manager will serve as a strategic partner to factory leadership, ensuring HR initiatives align with business objectives. They will oversee employee relations, workforce planning, talent development, compliance, and organizational effectiveness to drive a high-performance culture in the factory.
RESPONSIBILITIES
1. HR Strategy & Business Partnership
- Partner with factory leadership to develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
- Provide insights on workforce trends and HR metrics to support decision-making.
- Drive employee engagement and organizational culture initiatives.
2. Employee Relations & Compliance
- Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions in line with company policies.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
- Conduct investigations and mediate disputes to maintain a positive work environment.
3. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Collaborate with hiring managers to recruit and retain a skilled workforce.
- Implement effective workforce planning to meet production demands.
- Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent.
4. Training & Development
- Identify skills gaps and develop training programs to upskill employees.
- Implement leadership development programs for supervisors and managers.
- Support career progression and succession planning initiatives.
5. Performance Management
- Oversee performance appraisal processes, ensuring fairness and consistency.
- Work with managers to develop performance improvement plans (PIPs).
- Drive a culture of continuous feedback and recognition.
6. Compensation & Benefits
- Ensure fair and competitive compensation structures for factory employees.
- Work with payroll teams to ensure accurate and timely salary processing.
- Oversee employee benefits programs, including health and wellness initiatives.
7. HR Operations & Data Analytics
- Ensure smooth HR operations, including attendance management and shift scheduling.
- Leverage HR analytics to track workforce trends and optimize HR processes.
- Maintain HR records and reports to support audits and compliance checks.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 7-10 years in HR, with at least 3 years in a factory/manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of labor laws, compliance, and factory workforce dynamics.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
