Job Description: 

• Support users to use HR systems through phone, email, and web services.
• Create and maintain user manuals.
• Assists in testing and implementation of HR system functions.
• Provide customer satisfaction in the area of support service, in a timely manner.
• Maintains a great relationship with assigned clients.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned by line manager. 

Requirement: 

• 3rd or final year university student majoring in Human Resources, Business Administration, English, Economics and relevant. The expected graduation date should be after December 2025.
• Must have student confirmation/letter of internship introduction from university.
• Ability to work full-time in 6 months.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Interested and passionate about administrative processing or seeking to develop a career in the HR field.
• Eager to learn, patient, careful and detail oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
