Mr. Tran Ngoc Thich is currently is Legal Head of Talentnet Corporation. He served as a Group Leader of a leading law-firm in Vietnam for more than 04 years and as Legal Head of a foreign Big Group for more than 08 years.

With nearly 15 years of experience, Mr. Tran Ngoc Thich has been focusing his practice on foreign investment, M&A, enterprises laws and labour laws. He regularly drafts, reviews, and negotiates personally with a full range of corporate documents, including merger and acquisition agreements, legal opinions, and employment agreements. He counsels clients on a variety of labour and employment issues, including compliance with the labour laws of Vietnam; employment practices and policies; structuring the workforce; labour and employment implications of mergers and acquisitions; and hiring, firing, and retrenchment. He has represented clients before district and provincial labour agencies and courts in a broad range of employment litigation matters and administrative agency proceedings. These include, but are not limited to employment discrimination cases, trade secret and non-competition agreement disputes; and counseling in connection with human resources and benefit-related decisions.

Mr. Tran Ngoc Thich earned his Master of Laws (LLM) at the Ho Chi Minh City University of Law in 2008 and has taught at many Universities in Ho Chi Minh City in terms of the investment law, M&A, enterprises laws and labour laws.
